Applying for Admission


A. If you will be an entering Freshman, we will need the following:
  1. A completed online application for admission.
  2. A signed copy of the application agreement statement along with the nonrefundable $35 application fee.
  3. An official transcript (6 semesters or more) of your academic record sent by the high school from which you graduated (or will graduate).
  4. The official results of the American College Test (ACT) or the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) sent by the ACT program or College Board, respectively. If this is not available through your high school, write to American College Testing Program, Box 168, Iowa City, Iowa 52240 or College Board ATP, Box 592-A, Princeton, NJ 08541. The Judson ACT code is 1101; SAT code is 1351
  5. A signed copy of the  Lifestyle Statement

B. If you will be a Transfer Student with less than 28 semester hours, we will need the following:
  1. A completed online application for admission
  2. A signed copy of the application agreement statement along with the nonrefundable $35 application fee.
  3. An official transcript of your academic record sent by the high school from which you graduated (or will graduate).
  4. The official results of the American College Test (ACT) or Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) (see item A4 above).
  5. Official transcripts of all college level academic work.
  6. A signed copy of the  Lifestyle Statement

C. If you will be a Transfer Student with more than 28 semester hours, we will need the following:
  1. A completed online application for admission
  2. A signed copy of the application agreement statement along with the nonrefundable $35 application fee.
  3. Official transcripts of all college level academic work.
  4. A signed copy of the  Lifestyle Statement

D. If you are accepted for admission at Judson University, a medical packet along with a Residence Reservation form will be enclosed with your letter of acceptance. At least one month before registration day, all freshmen must submit to our Admissions Office a final transcript certifying graduation from high school.

How to Use the Judson University Online Application

To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the NEXT button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.

Once you have completed the application, click the 'SUBMIT' button located on the left column to submit the application.
